Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Sales Support Associate to deliver exceptional service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. You will help process shipments, manage stockroom cleanliness, and assist with merchandising while upholding brand standards and loss prevention guidelines.

The role requires 1+ year in retail, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong communication in English. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak times, is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail or luxury service environment
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
• Ability to use cash registers and basic computer tools (iPad, laptop)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization
• Suggest add‑on products and promote gift cards
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers and report discrepancies
• Manage stock levels and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests
• Maintain housekeeping and Loss Prevention adherence
