Job summary

Brunello Cucinelli in New York seeks a Brand Ambassador to deliver memorable guest experiences and support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational objectives. You will be a guardian of the brand aesthetic and lifestyle, representing the Humanistic philosophy of Solomeo.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in elevated retail or hospitality, exceptional customer service, strong networking and communication skills, and proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong affinity for Brunello Cucinelli brand and philosophy.
• High School Diploma required.
• 3-5 years’ experience working in an elevated retail or hospitality environment.
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills, with the ability to network and develop clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 40 pounds on occasion.
• Availability to work a varied schedule each week including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service building guest loyalty through in-store experience.
• Maximize selling opportunities to achieve and exceed individual sales goals while driving repeat business.
• Proactively avoid customer service issues by finding meaningful resolutions.
• Continuously demonstrate product knowledge to enhance sales and understand product assortment.
• Maintain awareness of current marketing and promotional activity.
• Act as a brand ambassador emulating the brand aesthetic and lifestyle.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and other tasks as assigned.
• Support store leadership in maintaining inventory levels and preventing shrink.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and assist with floor sets.
• Build relationships with colleagues across stores and Corporate Partners.
• Demonstrate reliability, integrity, and adherence to policy.
• Promote teamwork and seek feedback for growth.
