Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in elevated retail or hospitality, exceptional customer service and networking skills, proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel), and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in elevated retail or hospitality.
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Ability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service building guest loyalty through in-store experience.
• Maximize selling opportunities to achieve and exceed sales goals and build repeat business.
• Proactively resolve customer issues with best-in-class service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and leverage resources to deepen understanding of the assortment.
• Maintain awareness of current marketing and promotional activity.
• Act as a brand ambassador embodying Brunello Cucinelli’s brand philosophy.
