The role supports fitting rooms, floor upkeep, and store standards while participating in trainings and store events. A flexible schedule and travel may be required, reflecting the brand's high-volume, premium environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
• Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
• Meets or exceeds individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and uses tools to drive performance.
• Contributes to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with team collaboration.
• Connects customers using Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrates passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Educates customers on programs, initiatives, resources and offerings.
• Supports fitting rooms with sizing and maintaining store standards.
• Maintains store standards, policies, and processes on sales floor and back-of-house.
• Supports floor sets and replenishment (ISOS) and participates in trainings.
• Balances tasks while prioritizing the RL experience.
• Provides feedback to Management on product feedback or opportunities.
• Maintains store visuals per company guidelines and fosters a positive work environment.
• Collaborates with colleagues to uphold a cohesive, inclusive team.
