Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking Brand Ambassadors to deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience across its premium lifestyle brands. You will help customers with fashion knowledge, styling advice and product education, while upholding store standards and participating in team trainings.

You will balance tasks, support floor sets, replenishment, and open/close responsibilities, ensuring the Ralph Lauren experience remains the priority for every guest.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Able to move around the sales floor and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and potential travel.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meets or exceeds individual KPI goals and uses tools to drive performance.
• Contributes to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with the team.
• Connects customers using Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrates passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Educates customers on programs, resources and offerings.
• Provides customer service in fitting rooms and assists with sizing.
