Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking full-time Brand Ambassadors to deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Ambassadors are the entry point for future leadership roles, required to be curious, resourceful, and inclusive while championing RL core values and the "More ways to shop" mindset.

They will understand and drive sales and profit performance, support store initiatives, participate in team training, and engage with clients to expand the customer base

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends and possible overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Understand and deliver sales and profit performance, understanding key tools and resources to drive selling
• Support the store in the execution of company initiatives
• Support and participate in team training to execute business results
• Creative in thinking of new ways to engage clients and reach a wider client base
• Be the ideal representative of the customer experience expectations in store
• Maintain RL brand standards and policies on the sales floor
