Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, dressing rooms, and stock areas; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to operate the register and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends and potential travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Understands sales objectives and works to meet/exceed KPIs.
• Contributes to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with the team.
• Connects customers using the Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrates passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Educates customers on programs, initiatives, resources and offerings.
• Provides customer service in fitting rooms and aids with sizing.
• Maintains store standards and policies on sales floor and back-of-house.
• Supports floor sets and replenishment; participates in trainings.
