Ralph Lauren is seeking Brand Ambassadors to deliver a personalized shopping experience with a customer-first mindset in a high-volume environment. You will drive sales, educate customers on programs, and represent the brand with knowledge of fashion and styling.

As an entry point to future leadership roles, you will join a team that collaborates to exceed standards, balance tasks across fitting, floor, and POS areas, and uphold company policies while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meets or exceeds individual KPI targets and uses tools to drive performance.
• Contributes to monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans with the team.
• Connects customers using the Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrates passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Educates customers on programs, resources, and offerings available.
• Delivers in-fitting room assistance and maintains store standards.
• Maintains store visual standards and supports opening/closing duties.
• Supports floor sets and replenishment activities.
• Participates in trainings on compliance, product, and talent development.
• Balances tasks while prioritizing the RL customer experience.
• Provides feedback to management on product feedback and opportunities.
