Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and assist with stocking and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends; may include overnight shifts and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meet or exceed individual KPI and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, and overall store operations.
• Engage customers through Polo Connect and educate on programs and offerings.
• Maintain visual standards and uphold company policies and procedures.
