Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail sales.
• Strong selling skills with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Achieve monthly and yearly turnover and KPI targets set by Boutique Manager.
• Welcome clients and guide them through the selling process with Panerai’s standards.
• Identify high-potential leads and follow up to generate opportunities.
• Maintain boutique appearance and adhere to security and inventory policies.
• Capture customer data for CRM and participate in events.
