Panerai in Miami seeks a Boutique Manager to lead the store team, drive sales and deliver an exceptional service culture. You will oversee merchandising, stock, security, KPI reporting and client relationships while upholding Richemont brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in luxury retail experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate, manage and develop a team.
• Strong watches technical knowledge is a plus.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills with a passion for service.
• Good analytical skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Self-motivated with customer service mindset and problem solving.
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead boutique operations and team to achieve business objectives.
• Manage sales, clients, KPI and operations with service culture.
• Ensure boutique appearance, merchandising, security and procedures.
• Develop sales per brand strategy and maximize profitability.
• Forecast sales, manage stock, and coordinate replenishments.
• Handle daily and monthly reporting on sales and CRM.
• Hire and develop sales staff; conduct appraisals and training.
• Build long-term client relationships; manage VIPs and events.
• Coordinate product launches and boutique events; liaise with head office.
