Panerai Miami is seeking a client-focused Sales Associate to drive luxury retail experience, welcome clients, and guide them through the Panerai Selling Ceremony.

You will strive to consistently hit monthly and yearly turnover and KPI targets, participate in briefings, and develop relationships through CRM-driven service. Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, in a sales function.
• Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills a plus.
• Results and action oriented with strong selling skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal competences.
• Curious, self-motivated, with excellent customer service mindset.
• Excellent communicator and networker; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve/exceed monthly and yearly turnover and KPI targets.
• Support in achieving/exceeding boutique overall target.
• Participate in briefings and contribute to boutique performance.
• Welcome and handle customers’ requests, lead sale steps per Panerai Selling Ceremony.
• Identify high-potential sales leads and follow up to generate opportunities.
• Identify customer needs to suggest and promote products.
