Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Client Advisor for our luxury Panerai boutique. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience, building lasting relationships, and sharing in-depth Panerai product knowledge.

You will drive sales, support boutique operations, and participate in events while maintaining premium service standards and brand presentation. Fluency in English is required, with language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong selling skills and a luxury service mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and a team-oriented approach.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall boutique performance.
• Welcome clients, understand their needs, guide them through the selling process, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, accurately capture customer information, and participate in CRM initiatives and events.
• Maintain strong product and brand knowledge and provide professional service before and after the sale.
• Support daily boutique operations, including opening and closing, inventory, repairs, security procedures, and boutique presentation.
