Job summary

Hermès Miami Boutique is seeking a Selling and Service Assistant to support front and back‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced luxury environment. You will process transactions, maintain CRM records, and assist with after‑sales services while collaborating with the sales team and management.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of luxury retail experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with POS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record POS transactions at the register, including processing sales, returns, repairs, and assisting with opening/closing procedures.
• Provide high levels of service per Hermès standards: greet customers, assist, and help with wrapping/packaging at POS.
• Support sales team with selling process: hang merchandise, return to floor, retrieve stock, prep stock room.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to maintain stock, merchandising standards, and filing.
• Assist in stockroom operations: replenishment, EAS tagging, ticketing, and inventory prep.
• Support After Sales by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records.
• Maintain CRM files with detailed purchase history and sales analysis.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
