The Hermès Miami Boutique is seeking a Cashier to support front-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will process transactions, verify payments, perform daily cash reconciliation, and assist in opening/closing procedures with the management team.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience in a luxury environment, strong math and communication skills, and comfort with cash handling, POS systems, and customer service. Local candidates encouraged to apply.

• 1 year of retail experience, luxury preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with cash registers and POS systems.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced boutique.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Record POS transactions accurately.
• Greet clients and assist at point of sale.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds per policy.
• Reconciliation of daily cash.
• Assist with daily cashier reporting.
• Support store operations and team.
