Hermès Miami Boutique is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with leadership in driving sales, coaching staff, and nurturing client development in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role reports to the Managing Director and ensures excellent client experiences while managing schedules and store operations.

Key duties include supervising staff, leveraging CRM, and driving profitable growth while maintaining Hermès standards.

Formación

• 4+ years retail management experience, luxury environment preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Cegid and E-time.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate into actionable business recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Daily supervision of staff and coaching to achieve sales objectives.
• Model exceptional service on the sales floor and uphold Hermès standards.
• Identify sales opportunities by reviewing weekly business by métier.
• Coordinate monthly touch-base meetings and annual performance reviews.
• Ensure CRM standards are followed and capture accurate client data.
