Job summary

Hermès Miami Boutique in a fast-paced luxury environment is seeking a Stock Specialist who will organize stockrooms, manage deliveries, and assist the sales team to deliver an extraordinary client experience.

The role requires locating merchandise quickly, moving products between floors, and maintaining orderly stock rooms while supporting the operations team to meet store targets. A warm, detailed-oriented professional with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service by quickly locating merchandise and retrieving additional sizes, colors and options.
• Deliver and move product between floors as needed for clients, associates, or back-stocking.
• Engage customers with a friendly and warm attitude; provide exceptional service to all clients.
• Ensure all merchandise is stored and replenished on each sales floor in an efficient and precise manner.
• Work with the IC team to reticket merchandise returns daily and quickly return to floor or stock.
• Participate in store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stock room that meets visual and operational standards.
