Job summary

Hermès Plaza Del Lago Boutique is seeking a Selling and Service Assistant to support front and back house operations, process transactions, and assist the sales team in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities include accurate POS processing, client communications, stock replenishment, CRM data entry, and maintaining merchandising standards. In-person work at a designated store location is essential, with benefits and growth opportunities in a premier luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS and cash handling preferred.
• Retail experience in luxury environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay detail oriented.
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs. and work in person at a store location.

Responsibilities

• Record POS transactions accurately at the register and support opening/closing procedures.
• Provide high levels of service per Hermès standards, including greeting and wrapping at sale.
• Assist sales team with selling process and stock preparation.
• Maintain merchandising standards and organize the selling floor.
• Support stockroom operations and after sales record-keeping.
• Answer phones promptly and maintain CRM records.
