Job summary

Hermès Miami Boutique seeks a Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate to provide clerical and front-of-house assistance in a fast-paced luxury setting. This role reports to store management and collaborates with sales and selling support teams to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, coordinating floor movement, assisting beverage service, stocking supplies, and maintaining organized selling areas.

Qualifications

• Greet clients on the main floor and determine their needs.
• Escort clients to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Provide beverage service aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain beverage supplies in partnership with management.
• Assist with merchandising: hanging, returning stock and organizing the stock room.
• Keep workstation and selling floor organized; ensure items are stocked.
• Regular in-person work at a company-designated location is an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Support front of house and back of house operations in a luxury boutique.
• Assist with selling process: merchandising, stock retrieval, and floor preparation.
• Ensure stock room and selling floor remain clean, organized and replenished.
• Provide hospitable services and uphold brand standards.
