Job summary

Hermès King of Prussia Boutique is seeking a Selling and Service Assistant to support front and back of house operations in a fast-paced, luxury environment. You will process transactions, manage CRM data, and assist with after-sales services under the Operations Manager, collaborating with the sales and selling support teams.

The role calls for at least 1 year of luxury retail experience, superb communication skills, POS/cash handling experience, and a customer-service driven attitude.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience, luxury environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Experience with POS and/or cash handling strongly preferred.
• Customer service oriented and detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Record POS transactions accurately at the register and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Provide high levels of service consistent with Hermès standards and assist with wrapping/packaging at the point of sale.
• Support sales team with selling process: stock retrieval, hanging merchandising, floor replenishment.
• Maintain stockroom organization and merchandising standards on the selling floor.
• Assist in stockroom operations including tagging, ticketing, and inventory prep.
• Support After Sales: logging repairs, contacting clients, maintaining records.
• Maintain detailed CRM files with purchase history and sales analysis.
• Answer phones promptly with professional customer service.
