Montblanc North America is seeking a Key Holder at the San Diego boutique to achieve sales objectives, develop a client base, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will gain product knowledge across Montblanc collections, assist with basic pen repair, and help maintain the store aesthetic.

The role requires open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with fluent English and Spanish. Previous luxury retail experience is preferred and you will report to the Boutique Manager.

Formación

• Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Standing on the sales floor for 90% of the workday.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop network and clientele.
• Capture client information to promote boutique relationships and sales.
• Possess strong product knowledge of the various Montblanc collections.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
• Open/close boutique as required.
• Handle transfers in absence of management.
