Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of retail management experience.
• Luxury goods experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage a P&L.
• Strong clienteling and floor management skills.
• Excellent communication and etiquette.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budget and diversification targets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain sales associates.
• Coach sales behaviors on floor and back room to maximize sales.
• Develop and review sales associate performance goals.
• Create annual business plans.
• Provide the highest levels of customer service to stimulate sales growth.
• Manage P&L by monitoring boutique expenses to improve results.
• Oversee operational execution (Policy and Procedure).
• Ensure Loss Prevention policies are followed.
