Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and develop clientele.
• Capture client information and strengthen boutique relationships.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain product knowledge.
• Maintain the store's aesthetic quality and open or close the boutique as needed.
• Support pen repair and after-sales service, loss prevention, transfers, and corporate communication when management is absent.
