Job summary

Cartier North America seeks an Operations Coordinator for the Topanga boutique. The role supports day-to-day processes, admin tasks, financial compliance, logistics, and inventory control, while upholding Maison policies and delivering an exceptional client experience.

In a dynamic, collaborative setting, you will partner with management to drive operational excellence, manage stock movements, prep for audits, and help implement Lean/5S practices to optimize storage and client service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.
