Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Costa Mesa boutique. This role supports day-to-day processes, creates a seamless client experience, and ensures compliance with Maison policies.

The candidate will handle administrative tasks, inventory control, logistics, and transactional support in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Required education includes an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and strong computer skills with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding and execution of Maison policies and procedures.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Manage movement of product in/out of boutique including shipments, transfers, consignments, and stock movements.
• Monitor daily transactions and paperwork for corporate teams.
• Support ecommerce and other transactional flows for smooth operations.
• Coordinate inventory counts and annual inventory processes.
• Uphold Cartier standards in boutique maintenance, vendors, and equipment.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams for inventory replenishment and lean/5S practices.
• Assist with client repair flow, reports, and monthly reconciliation.
• Participate in boutique audits and action plan execution.
• Set up and break down the boutique for daily operations.
• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving with management and peers.
• Engage in transversal duties to support the broader team.
