Job summary

Cartier North America seeks an Operations Manager to oversee boutique day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, inventory control, and financial integrity. You will lead the Operations team, drive Lean/5S initiatives, and coordinate with regional and corporate partners to maintain premium client experiences.

The role requires 5–8 years in luxury retail operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and SAP. Availability for retail hours and occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of operations management experience in luxury retail environment.
• Excellent computer skills and use of technology (Excel, SAP).
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure boutique operational excellence and compliance with Maison policies.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and inventory movement.
• Manage transactions, ecommerce flows, and daily paperwork with accuracy.
• Oversee inventory counts and annual inventory reconciliations.
• Partner with boutique management to control operating costs and resource allocation.
• Lead and develop the Operations team; coach and mentor staff.
• Ensure visual standards, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
