Job summary

Richemont North America, Inc. operates Cartier Bellagio boutique, seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day processes, compliance, and transactional support. You will oversee inventory, shipments, and stock movements while ensuring quality control and adherence to Maison standards.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, plus excellent communication to collaborate with management and peers. Weekend availability and travel for trainings may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Available to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings.
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day boutique operations and compliance.
• Coordinate opening/closing procedures and stock movement.
• Oversee shipments, transfers, consignments, and product handling.
• Support transactional flows and timely paperwork submission.
• Assist with ecommerce and other business operations.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and annual inventory.
