Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a boutique inventory specialist in Costa Mesa to safeguard stock accuracy, receive deliveries, and maintain orderly stockrooms. You will oversee cycle counts, coordinate transfers, and support seamless on‑the‑floor replenishment in a luxury setting.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and collaborate closely with store teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, jewellery or high-end luxury products preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to build trust with customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy store.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock accuracy and perform weekly/monthly cycle counts.
• Organize stockroom and on-the-floor stock; maintain impeccable stock condition.
• Receive deliveries from central warehouse and check on receipt.
• Manage stock transfers between stores and stock for commercial activities.
• Organize end-of-season returns and support inventory reporting to finance.
