Brobston Group is seeking a Boutique Operations Associate to support inventory control and store profitability in our Costa Mesa boutique. You will handle stock receipt, cycle counts, and organize stockroom and sales-floor inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, inter-store transfers, end-of-season returns, and keeping the team informed with inventory updates. Strong customer service and detail-oriented multitasker will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience required, jewelry or luxury preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock accuracy and organize stockroom and sales-floor inventory.
• Receive deliveries, manage transfers and end-of-season returns.
• Support stock requests, store supplies, courier bookings, and procedures.
• Share inventory updates with team, finance, and other stores.
