Job summary

Cartier North America in Dallas is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the boutique's commercial success by upholding Maison compliance and driving operational excellence. You will handle day-to-day processes, provide transactional support, manage logistics, inventory control, and ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Cartier policies and procedures within the boutique; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures and manage stock movements.
• Oversee inventory control, shipments, transfers, and stock reconciliation.
• Support transactional flows including ecommerce to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with boutique management to achieve KPIs.
