Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Boston boutique. The role focuses on upholding Maison compliance, managing day-to-day processes, and providing key administrative support for transactions, logistics, and inventory control.

In a fast-paced environment, you will ensure proper stock movements, packing and shipping of high-value creations, and collaboration with client-facing teams to deliver an exceptional boutique experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and use of technology.
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding and execution of Maison policies within the boutique; champion compliance.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Manage movement of product in/out of boutique including shipments and stock transfers.
• Handle packing, shipping, and receiving for high value items.
• Monitor boutique sales finance; ensure daily transactions and paperwork are accurate.
• Support ecommerce and other transactional flows for smooth operations.
• Coordinate inventory counts and stock movements for annual inventory.
• Uphold Cartier standards in the boutique environment.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams on replenishment and storage optimization.
• Assist with client repair flow, reports, and inventory reconciliation.
• Support boutique audits and action-plan execution.
• Participate in daily setup/breakdown for opening/closing.
• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving with management.
