Job summary

Cartier North America is hiring an Operations Coordinator for the Mansion boutique. The role supports daily operations, inventory control, and policy compliance while ensuring a seamless client experience and efficient transactional workflows.

Ideal candidates have at least an associate's or bachelor's degree, luxury retail exposure, and strong MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge is a plus. Able to work retail hours and travel for trainings.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding and execution of Maison policies and procedures within the boutique.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures efficiently.
• Move product in/out of boutique with quality control and accurate stock records.
• Handle packing, shipping, and receiving for high-value items.
• Monitor daily sales transactions and submit paperwork timely to corporate teams.
• Support ecommerce and other transactional flows for smooth operations.
• Coordinate inventory counts and stock movements for annual inventory.
• Maintain Cartier standards and liaise with vendors and teams as needed.
• Assist with replenishment and back-of-house supply management.
• Contribute to audits and action plans with management.
