Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Manager to elevate client experiences, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team within our boutique. Reporting to the Boutique Director, you will develop and implement client development strategies and ensure exceptional service on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of luxury retail leadership, a bachelor’s degree, supervisory experience, and proficiency in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of luxury retail experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong selling and closing skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel and strong networking at high-profile events.
• Foreign language fluency relevant to market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop sales team to meet or exceed targets on the sales floor.
• Develop client development strategies and CRM-driven initiatives.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Collaborate with Boutique Director on short- and mid-term client attraction strategies.
• Ensure adherence to Van Cleef & Arpels standards and high operational quality.
• Represent the Maison as an ambassador and uphold brand values.
