Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Facilitator to support sales associates and the boutique operations, delivering high standards of service and acting as a brand ambassador. You will help maximize client-facing time and assist across all boutique areas.

You will also support shipments, inventory counts, packaging, cash handling, and administrative duties, with a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in a retail or service setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• In-store presence to manage opening/closing and inventory-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
• Support Operations with shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and cashiering tasks.
• Answer calls and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
