CHANEL, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Boutique Facilitator to provide the highest standards of service and to support all activities within the Boutique. This multi-functional role helps sales associates and the boutique maximize client-facing time and ensures smooth operations across departments.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience, a high school diploma, and a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays. Ability to lift 15 lbs. is expected.

• Heart of House: in-store presence for opening/closing, receiving inventory and shipping

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and host clients
• Provide ongoing sales and service support as brand ambassador
• Support Operations with shipments, inventory counts and re-ticketing
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging
• Open/close registers and handle cash and deposits
• Answer phone calls and resolve client issues promptly
