Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Facilitator in Boca Raton who will deliver exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador across store operations. The role supports sales teams, assists with inventory, packing, and packaging, and helps manage cash and administrative tasks to ensure flawless client experiences.

Flexible schedule and in-store presence are required to open/close the boutique, with opportunities to engage with CHANEL initiatives and community programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and host clients at CHANEL.
• Support Sales Associates and Operations to maximize client-facing time.
• Assist with receiving, packing, and inventory processes; perform daily re-ticketing as needed.
• Support packaging and handling of items for customers and shipments.
• Open and close registers; assist with cash handling and deposits.
• Tackle administrative tasks to resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally.
