Job summary

CHANEL in New York is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional service and support all boutique activities, collaborating with Fashion Advisors to maximize client engagement. You will assist with packaging, stock transfers, fittings, and maintaining CHANEL's perfect fit service; a flexible schedule and at least 1 year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Able to lift 20 lbs., walk and/or stand for extended periods.
• Must have flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service inspired by CHANEL's service mantra, creating a hospitable and seamless client experience.
• Warmly welcoming and greeting all clients and assisting with hosting duties while standing and/or walking through various areas of the boutique
• Be the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support to both clients and team members
• Assist and support Fashion Advisors with packaging and presentation of client purchases
• Assist Fashion Advisors in pulling and running product from the stockroom to the boutique floor and setting up fitting rooms for clients
• Support Fashion Advisors in sourcing products from other locations through store-to-store transfers to fulfill client requests
• Log RTW alterations in ACET during fittings to support the client experience through seamless delivery of CHANEL's perfect fit service and ensure accurate data capture to support strategic planning
