CHANEL Houston boutique is seeking a Boutique Facilitator dedicated to delivering the highest standards of client service. You will support sales teams, manage shipments, assist with inventory tasks, packaging, and daily operations while ensuring a welcoming brand experience.

You will help open/close registers, handle cash, and respond to client inquiries with professionalism, contributing to CHANEL's inclusive, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Interest in CHANEL brand and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales associates and boutique to maximize client-facing time.
• Support operations: shipments, inventory counts, re-ticketing.
• Assist with packaging for Fashion Advisors.
• Open/close registers and handle cash/deposits.
• Answer phone calls and resolve client issues promptly.
