Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. in Beverly Hills is seeking a Boutique Facilitator to support sales, process receipts, refunds, and credits, and to act as a brand ambassador delivering outstanding client experiences.

You will assist the Operations team with inventory, packaging for Fashion Advisors, opening/closing registers, and handling cash. The role requires in-store presence and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• In-store presence required for opening/closing the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Support sales to maximize client-facing time and process sales accurately.
• Process receipts, refunds, and credits for customers.
• Assist Operations with shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and wrapping.
• Open/close registers and handle cash deposits.
• Explain policies and transaction documents to clients.
• Capture client data accurately and securely.
• Bag, box, wrap, or gift wrap merchandise per Chanel standards.
• Answer phones to resolve client issues promptly.
