Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a boutique client experience associate to support the client experience strategy at a luxury boutique, delivering seamless, memorable service.

You will help create a welcoming environment and assist front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, including appointments and product presentation.

Candidates should have luxury retail or hospitality experience, strong MS Office and SAP knowledge, and excellent organization and communication for weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Availability for retail hours including weekends and ability to meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client appointments, product presentation, hospitality, phone inquiries, and boutique traffic flow.
• Maintain client service areas, replenish supplies, and support opening and closing activities.
• Provide quick service and personalization support, including watch sizing, cleaning, and engraving requests.
• Follow security and operational procedures and contribute to a collaborative boutique environment.
