Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong drive for business results with passion for fashion and brand.
• Ability to build lasting relationships through communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention and lifetime value.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs (Sales Volume, UPT, ADS).
• Maintain a results-driven, team-focused attitude.
• Act as brand ambassador within and beyond the boutique.
