• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise and fixtures.

Responsabilités

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service in a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Ring and handle cash transactions accurately; maintain cash/receipts integrity.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette; relay messages and inquiries.
• Assist in packing/wrapping merchandise and processing exchanges/returns.
• Maintain orderly register area and stock supplies; support floor merchandising and housekeeping.
• Provide support to selling floor and participate in inventories.
