Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Las Vegas is seeking a Client Service Representative to manage daily client service functions within the Boutique. You will coordinate POS, aftersales, phone communications, cash handling, inventory control, loss prevention, and general client services in collaboration with the Boutique Leadership Team.

The role requires at least 3+ years in luxury retail cashiering, full-time availability including nights and weekends, and strong interpersonal and organizational

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers creating a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Ring on registers accurately and maintain cash and media.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and transfer calls.
• Assist in packing or wrapping merchandise.
• Handle exchanges or returns with Boutique Leadership Team.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
