Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Willingness to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to create a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Ring on registers accurately and manage cash and media at the registers.
• Answer inquiries by phone with proper etiquette and transfer calls when needed.
• Assist in packing or wrapping customer purchases and manage exchanges/returns.
• Monitor and maintain store appearance, organize supplies, and secure cash at opening/closing.
