Qualifications

• 3+ years retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain cash integrity and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a luxury boutique.
• Ring on registers accurately and maintain cash/media at the registers.
• Answer phone inquiries with proper etiquette and assistance.
• Assist in packing merchandise and processing exchanges/returns.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and secure cash.
• Maintain tidy register area and stock supplies.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
• Assist selling floor and participate in inventories.
• Identify issues and suggest improvements for service and productivity.
• Support boutique operations including safety and security.
