Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes/merchandise.
• Willingness to adhere to all company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Accurately ring on registers and maintain all cash and media.
• Use proper telephone etiquette for inquiries and transfers.
• Assist in packing or wrapping customers' merchandise.
• Manage exchanges or returns with Boutique Leadership Team.
• Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and secure cash/receipts.
• Maintain orderly register area and stocked supplies.
• Support floor merchandising and inventory activities.
