Job summary

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Client Service Representative to support daily boutique operations under Boutique Management. Responsibilities include overseeing the POS system, aftersales, phone communications, cash integrity, inventory control, and loss prevention, while delivering exceptional client service.

You will work closely with Boutique Leadership to manage exchanges/returns, provide merchandise assistance, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Able to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise and fixtures.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Ring on registers accurately and maintain cash/media control.
• Answer phone inquiries with proper etiquette and take messages.
• Assist in packing or wrapping merchandise for customers.
• Manage exchanges/returns with Boutique Leadership Team.
• Communicate customer requests/feedback to management.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and secure cash/receipts.
• Maintain orderly register area and stock supplies.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
• Support selling floor and participate in inventories.
