Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of retail experience required, preferably in luxury settings.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Strong sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and monitor daily performance and conversion rates.
• Provide outstanding service to customers and build loyalty.
• Assist in setting sales goals and supervising Sales Associates.
• Coordinate merchandising displays and knowledge of brand guidelines.
• Train, coach, and develop sales associates in selling skills.
• Lead regular store meetings to communicate performance and updates.
