Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to stay organized and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service in a welcoming environment; greet customers and maintain store standards.
• Ring on registers accurately and manage cash and media with precision.
• Use proper phone etiquette for inquiries and messages; assist in handling returns or exchanges.
• Assist in packing merchandise and support floor merchandising and stock duties.
• Communicate customer requests to management and participate in inventories and loss-prevention tasks.
