Christian Dior Couture in Las Vegas seeks a Client Service Representative to manage day-to-day boutique operations, oversee the POS system, aftersales, and customer service. You will greet customers, process transactions, handle exchanges, and support merchandising and inventory tasks on the selling floor.

The role requires at least 3 years of luxury retail cashiering experience, flexibility to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays, and strong interpersonal and organizational

Formación

• At least 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, with a luxury background preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise and fixtures.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures and standards.
• Availability to travel, as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers, provide a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Ring on registers accurately and maintain cash and media.
• Answer phone inquiries and transfer calls using proper etiquette.
• Assist in packing/wrapping merchandise and processing exchanges/returns.
• Coordinate with Boutique Leadership on customer requests and feedback.
• Complete opening/closing procedures including securing cash and receipts.
• Maintain orderly register area, stock supplies, and assist on the selling floor.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping.
• Participate in inventories and contribute to loss prevention and safety.
